Our Story

The Company

Sung Heroes was founded in 2013 by Danny Sung in San Jose, California. It's a small company, currently in it's infancy, consisting of less than two people. My goal is to develop useable technologies to help improve people's lives, even if only in small ways.

The Person

Danny has a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He has enjoyed working over 13+ years with Embedded Linux, designing and developing in various fields such as defense, medical, and industrial devices before moving over to iPhone development with the launch of the app store in 2008.

In addition, he has spent 10+ years studying various forms of dance, including ballroom, ballet, modern, jazz, and Irish dance learning from some incredibly talented and inspirational people. While he never quite got to the level that made him comfortable enough to call himself "a dancer", finally exectuing spot turns correctly directly lead to switching from glasses to contacts.
